The Foundry boasts a wide range of bracket sizes allowing manual forming of models of various dimensions. Thanks to several resin sand mixers, the foundry can cast even very complex forms complete with cores implemented internally. A pit measuring 15 m x 3 m allows handling of forms to produce large, heavy casts. The foundry also has a semi-automatic die forming system measuring 1200 x 800 for small scale output.

The combination of two rotary kilns - one small (3 ton) and one much larger (15 tons) - ensures the necessary versatility for heterogeneous production in terms of volumes, sizes and different types of cast iron. The strong point of the foundry is precisely its ability to pour very different castings in terms of size and material without penalising production times. Our laminated and spheroidal cast irons made exclusively with prime materials are an assurance of quality and reliability.
